My name is Ashraff I live in Chennai. I got a job offer from a travel agent (Mr Ajay Stenin) who is in Nagercoil saying there is a job openings in dubai for that I have to go in tourist visa and once your reach dubai their another sub agent who is in dubai already he’ll take us to room to get settled and there’ll be the interview tomorrow. We believed him totally and we agreed and travelled to dubai as he instructed we’re there for 13 days no interview came and we took money for expenses was all over expect the last emergency money to fly back to India , we are running out of food and water. The same was informed to them also thereafter the agent (Ajay stenin) asked us to fly back to India on our own money. We came back india and we asking our money to refund it (INR 1,60,000) returned back to on 23 Aug, since then were fight to get our money. He promised to give our money on 05 Nov 2022. But yesterday (20 Nov) when we ask our money. He was reply that he cannot give us our money my dad is also advocate do whatever you’re able to do but you’ll not get single rupee from me.
Me and my family do know what to do next. I thought posting in this will help us.
