I ordered a Saree from a website called “Rudra Apparel” It cost me Rs 1600/- They promised authenticity and it was a cash on delivery order. When the delivery guy came, we opened the order right there in front of him and were very displeased with the quality, the material as the item was not at all upto mark as shown in the picture. We told the delivery guy that we want to return it ASAP. He said that another guy will come to return the product. And the website stated it can be returned within 7 days! Since then, its been over 14 days that I have been calling them, texting on the whatsapp number they provided and the gmail account too. But there is absolutely no response. Now they even seem to have blocked my number. I hope some action is taken against these fraudsters!!! Because this behaviour is absolutely outrageous.
