I have an account on flipkart. Today my wife received an order in absence of me (Order Number : OD125041641889964000 ) including a women’s gown Blue Dress. This order was not ordered by me but it is showing in my order list. My wife pays Rs 999/- by google pay. when I returned home and trying to return order but there is no option for return also in order showing flipkart customer shared this order with you. I am trying to get help from customer care number. executive says that if you return this order the money will not be refunded in your account. It goes to another account who ordered this item.
My question is how another customer directly shares an order like this. This is completely unacceptable and illegal. flipkart is responsible for this fraud.
