nitially it wasn’t written on the agreement that there would be a application fees or penalty of Rs 6999 if the work is not completed in the given time. The lady over the phone also didn’t mention about any money. But in the first day of workload a new agreement was sent to me in which it was written about penalty of Rs 6999 on not completing the work in given time. Please help me out.
