I had an account on slice earlier but after I got my job I applied for closed the account the account was on hold. But few months back I was called by slice customer care that I have a due amount although in the appoint it is showing 0 due amount. Now the customer care people are saying that some other person account details are mixed with my account details and he is taking the loans and I am getting in debt. Also my cibil score got affected a lot which is not my fault. So, I want that my cibil score should be updated as I. Wanted to take up loans.
