1)I received a text from an unknown number on 11th March 2021 , stating he worked for a company by the name of Climate Technology based it Vapi , Gujarat.
2)I reverted back saying I was interested in joining the company and an agreement was made the very next day . Due to technical issues and ongoing exams I could not complete the task within the given time .
3) I was then sent a text message on whatsapp stating that an FIR had been filed against me stating the following :
DEAR,
FIR HAS BEEN REGISTERED AGAINST YOU IN AHMEDABAD CITY POLICE STATION.
*FIR NO-11191046210146* UNDER SECTION *73*, *74*, *420* BY ADVOCATE MEENA
ON THE BEHALF OF EPUB AND THE FIR HAS BEEN ALSO FORWARD TO COURT
TO AVOID LEGAL ACTION KINDLY CLEAR YOUR DUES OF *RS.(5100)*
*TO COMPANY ACCOUNT OTHERWISE LEGAL AND STRICT ACTION WOULD BE INTIATED FIR COPY IS ALSO SENDING TO YOU WITH THIS MAIL.YOU CAN ALSO CHECK THIS FIR ON (FIR.GUJARAT.GOV.IN)*

4) To which I replied asking them to send me a copy of the FIR and their company registration number . The said lawyer whose name was Mrs. Meera , did not revert back neither send me a text .
5) After around 2 weeks I have now received this email and a message from another unknown number stating the following :-
Dear Sir/Madam,
Under instructions from my clint ( CLIMATE TECHNOLOGY ) Company’s agreement term & condition if you Not Complete / Not Submit in the work or Qc Fail in the work then you will be liable to pay the company penalty amount Rs. 11,500/- . You have to do the payment today within 30 minutes, otherwise your case will be registered under section 73, 74, 75 & 402 breach of contract act 1872.
A copy of this notice is kept in my office for record and further necessary action and you are also advised to keep the copy safe as you would be asked to produce in the court.

6) I also received an email from Adv. S.B. Deshmukh ( email copy is attached ) stating that I have to pay the dues along with a legal charge .
I request this honorable court to kindly look into the matter .
