I placed an order on Thestreetsaga.com on 15th Feb for a Trench coat at Rs.399 and payment made via PayTM at 7.17pm, vide wallet ref.44260845011, to Ethnic Edge under Order ID 107848. However I recd no confirmation of the order, neither am able to login to my account on Thestreetsaga website. I sent a mail to them on their gmail account, but no response recd, also the phone number given on their site is fake. I have made a complaint with PayTM, but no resolution is recd until now, kindly help me get back the refund of Rs.399 paid to the fraud company.
