Hi,

I have purchased 2 bean bags cost Rs. 988 from https://livecozy.in on 07-09-2020. I received a message from them about the order number of the same. However, when I check there is no track parcel option in their site, I emailed them to ask the status. But the email address mentioned on their site is invalid. I have been a victim of online fraud. Please do the needful and stop these kind of frauds in future, as well to secure other customers too.
