Hello sir/mam,

I have ordered a Sony earpods from online site called music deal. And they were showing combo of sony earpodes for which I placed the order they sent me the parcel using blue dart company. And when I opened the parcel I got a fake JBL headphones instead of earpodes. I have tried on the return policy, but all the number that they have mentioned are not in use, and I didn’t get revert back on my sent email. I request you to please look into my matter and help me out with this issue .
