Today I purchased a product from online site I. E shirtvilla.in .They said that after purchase they will send the order ID by SMS however I did not receive any mail. When I tried to see the option in site to track order but there is no tracking Option .
After placing the order I didn’t receive order ID so I enquired them through mail with respect to Order ID.
I made a payment of 522.94/- . Below are some details about site.
- Site does not have customer care number
- Fake customer care site – help.Shirtvilla@gmail.com
- Payment gateway services are fake.
- I have attached the screenshots of the sent mail to help desk care
- Company is not Registered
- It’s a pure Cyber Crime. On a daily basis they are fooling public playing customer money. I just request Court to take strict Actions with such fake sites . Awaiting for your inputs. Thanks & Regards, Akshay
