Respected consumer court , I have ordered JBL Charge 3 speaker with earpods and paid full payment of it and I got the local quality product and it was also used second hand item. I want my money back and there is no procedure to return it back and get money in refund but there is nothing on the site. Please take this complaint seriously and take some action.
