I made bet on parimatch on 02-12-22 in football match.
Match was Portugal vs korea and i made bet of Rs24684 for portugal win or draw in full time of match. Bet no 428 and no 429.
In that time i have dout in full match includes additional and penalty shoot so i was contacted there customer support team and they are advised me full match means only end of the match which has 90 minutes on the round match.
So as advised i made bet portugal win or draw in full match(90 minutes as per customer support team).while applying for bet it shoes only full time results.
During match goal was done in additional time and portugal lost time match, not in between 90 minutes.
But i made bet only for 90 minutes as advised from customer support team.
Now they are refusing to refund my money back. So again i was normally asked with support team that time also they told me full time means only end of the match has 90 minutes on round.
Dear sir, please refund my hard earned money back and do the needful.
