I ordered jewellery from the website https://ornativajewells.store/. After placing the order, I realized that the site is likely fraudulent.
The phone number provided on the website is out of service, and the WhatsApp contact number listed shows as a Gujarat wholesaler on Truecaller, which does not match the details mentioned on the website. The address provided (Delhi) is also fake or incorrect.
There has been no proper communication from the seller after payment, and it seems the website has been created only to deceive customers and take their money (and prepaid orders are accepted only with no reviews for any of the products).
I request the concerned authorities to investigate this website, take it down, and prevent others from falling victim to this scam. Please also take necessary action against those responsible for running it.
