I got one WhatsApp message by offering online data entry work from home.As i needed urgent work so i said okay to them .And they made me to sign agreement,in that it was written that if I don’t complete given task within a week or in a given time then I have to pay 6000/-+GST.the task which was given me i couldn’t complete it because of their server issue and now they’re asking me to pay fine 7080/- in total . I didn’t pay that so they filed case against me in court .and sent pdf notice in WhatsApp by saying that i have to pay more than 50,000/- challan in court.please help me since I’m a student I can’t pay so much amount.
