I found a clothing ad on Instagram with the seller name “vedx_mart_22” on the morning of 23 May 2022 IST (around 9 am to 10:30 am).

I found the ad interesting, Instagram directed me to the Seller website (https://vedx-mart.myshopify.com)

I have ordered 6 shirts from “https://vedx-mart.myshopify.com” for which I paid an amount of Rs 1194.00 from my upi (via Paytm) to Crystal Collection (Crystal Collection with the UPI ID –
paytm-69199311@paytm) for the Order #1352.

UPI Ref No: 214318380959

I received order confirmation email from “help.menswear22@gmail.com via shopifyemail.com”

But I never received my Order, the Shop/website is also now showing as unavailable/ non-existent at “https://vedx-mart.myshopify.com”

I emailed back to the Order confirmation mail I received initially asking the status of my order, to which I never received a reply.

I reported the ad on Instagram, however Instagram doesn’t seem to be helping much in this issue with the Seller. Also, I am unable to find an option to file a Claim on Instagram (says this option may not be available in all locations/regions).

vedx-mart / shopify is/are a fraud online Store with advertisements on Instagram.

Please help me here.
