A payment of 19900rs. has been debited from Zip Mobikwik account. I received continuous messages from Mobikwik and today there were automated calls from mobikwik official care no in which IVR is asking to pay due balance of 19900rs.
The amount is taken in 4 did instalments 5000 thrice and 4900 once.
None of the transactions were done by me. Earlier I ignored the message considering it to be a spam as mobikwik app was never installed on my new phone. I have already raised a complaint# 6312706 with the company.
