Sir/Madam,
We would like to bring your attention the fraud done by http://travolook.in and Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited.
I had booked ticket for my daughter (Reference : 00000359259 WINGINTRAVELADVCASHFREE BENGALUR) Mumbai to Jaipur on 16th April 2022 on travelook.in, but the ticket was cancelled by them stating there was technical issue and we were told to book the ticket in some other flight. Also they informed that I will get the refund with 3-4 days.
Till date they have neither contacted me or refunded the money after 18 days. Note that there is a clearly debit from my Citibank Credit card with the above reference.
On the Travolook.in website it is saying that it provides the lowest fare and also shows the lowest rate but they dont provide the tickets most of the times. This clearly is a nexus between the website portal and the Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited where they cheats the consumer /customers by taking the money and not booking the tickets.
The catch here is that they will say is that it will take 30 mins to book and after that period they will say that due to technical reasons they are not able to book.
I also wrote a email for refund to Travolook ([email protected] ) on 1st May 2022 on which they just responded ” We haven’t received any payment. so we request you to kindly coordinate with your respective bank”.
Daily this group are cheating a lot of consumers in search of low fares and my known person also was similarly cheated.
Request you to look into this at the earliest before it become a Country level scam.
Also request you to get our refunds done.
