One of my friend had used my Kotak Credit card to make transaction of 35000/- on 7th July from SNPAY application but the transaction got failed and then i reached to my Kotak Bank for this issue , so as per Kotak’s bank their rule they taken 90 days to audit for final results and after completion of 90 days result went to merchant’s (Snapay)favour that amount was credited to snapay account.
After that Sameer katke reached to snapay customer support for the refund amount but now they are not answering for this issue raised. My bank has confirmed with merchant that they have received the 35000 also I have all the bank proofs. It’s been almost more than 3 months. I have not got any response from Snapay team. Kindly assist to resolve this issue.
