This persons charges me alot and informed me that you need to extra extra withdraw the ammount. That is fraud now he denied to give my ammount that he want now 30% tax and no one settle the same. We are sorry to say telegram is not safe and this peoples informed that you need to pay that ammount it is mandatory.
