A person in telegram told me that he will give mobile in cheaper rate.. i also send 3000 rupees to his bank account.. then he blocked me and not reply.. not return my money. .his telegram channel name is John Dr@per. . he is doing mobile carding. . I don’t know about this.. he lied me and took 3000 rupess.
