Text of Complaint by Jumana:

I have made a booking on Colive via an agent named Ramjit. I have paid advance one month rent (Rs.7300) as booking amount to the bank account of colive .But there is no bookings available on my Colive account as he is responsible to update it on the site. He’s not reachable now and the owner of the property that I have booked isn’t aware of the booking that I have made since it is not reflected in the site . Also the colive’s support is too bad that I can’t even reach them and I’m not able to raise an issue regarding this on their site . Please do something about this as their policy is after paying the booking amount we have to check in there or the room will be allocated to some other person and the amount will be neither refundable
