I had got my ticket booked from travolook. My account got debited with an amount of Rs 7063. After the deduction, I got a mail that my ticket has been cancelled due to technical reasons and I will get the refund amount in 5-10 days. It has been more than a month now that I haven’t received my refund. I have called the helpline number about 5 times but to no avail.
