I bought p Tron HBE5 raptor earphone on 4 th SEP from Amazon but it stopped working after 5 to 6 days but they claim for 6 months warranty so I called to there customer service for warranty purpose but they told to mail problem to there mail id so i done that but after 10 to 20 they doesn’t respond to mail and today they replied to check with some other p Tron product mean they are making fool by fake warranty. for proof I am attaching the screenshot of the raised issue on tickets and what they replied. Not only me there are some more ppl who faced the same issue and you can check them in Amazon customer reviews
