Hello Sir,
Jio Executives came to my Apartment (#316 Greens SLR Cassis Court, 12th Main, 2nd Stage, NRI Layout, Bangalore 560043) on 6th of January 2019 asking for my interest on new Jio Broadband Connection, keeping truest on the company I have made the initial payment of Rs 4500 /- with the promise that the connection will be provided within 2 working days.
However after this incidents there was some conversations within the Jio Executives and they informed that I am not eligible for connection due to non availability of address proof document, even after submitting Cooking Gas (Indian) reciepts & Bank Account Statement with the current address.
Hence I have requested for the refund for the paid amount at the earliest, since they were not read to provide the connection.
I have tried reaching them multiple time and most of the time there were not proper response or the call was not answered, when I called on 19th January 2019 and told that I will be going ahead with the consumer complaint they informed me that they are trying to give connection to me in 2 two days.
I tried reaching them over the phone and there were not response, so I have send an email communication to the email Id’s chandrashekar.m@ril.com &
care@jio.com asking then for the status on 23rd January 2019. After this communication I have couple of email from JIO saying that the service request SR00000UX55D has been initiated for the same and will be getting resolved within 24 hours, however I have still not got a proper response from JIO on this request.
Now I would prefer getting a refund rather that going ahead with this connection. Kindly request your help on the same.
Note: I can provide the bank transaction details for this if required.
