On 21st oct 2022 late night,I ordered LED DIYA and it was showing in product description 24 piece in one pack,I ordered for 2 packs but to my shock I recd 10 pieces Diya in one pack.
Swiggy order from Instamart order #125157743351790 scheduled delivered between 09:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
I immediately on 22nd october lodged complaint throu email as there was no mechanism to file complaint in the SWIGGY App. but no reply recd.
I got call once FROM SWIGGY SUPPORT and it was confirmed my concern is genuine and amount will be refunded
but no refund recd till date.lso please note call came from swiggy order support

IT was clearely mentioned in the cataloge 24 pieces and it was confirmed by person on call from SWIGGY after checking and YOU can ask recording of the call from SWIGGY.
He said he also was seeing 24 pieces but delivered only 10 piece
. I have raised complaint EMAIL within 24 hours but No action taken
It is not visible to see now nor previous order details are available so that i can sent u copy.
It is your app and you can easily see what was shown at the time of order, I reminded no of times over mail but they refused to refund without any reason.
I wasted so much time with this fraudulant act on part of Swiggy to call and remind them but did not got even reasonable and fair justice.
You can check also the phone call from your end wherein your representative had checked and confirmed that my claim is valid and shown items 24 but delivered only 10 only.
i WAS harassed AND CHEATED BY THIS FRAUD ACT, PLEASE ARRANGE REFUND AND COMPENSATION
