I would like to report fraud on my mobikwik account – Zip Pay later
2 transactions at 3:47 PM and 3:51 PM were done on my Zip – Pay Later account. Before these transactions, I received an automated call that someone is trying to change the contact number on my Mobikwik account. If it fraud activity, please press 1 to raise request to block the account. After that I received an OTP to verify the request. When I entered the OTP, I started receiving multiple unsolicited OTP verification calls from various apps.
When i logged into my Mobikwik Account using my laptop, I realised 2 fraud transactions have been executed.
Kindly request you to note it and reverse the transaction. I will raising Police complaint as well to Cyber cell and will share the details.
