I had taken the JIO fiber connection 6 months back. I was sold 1 Connection of 999 per month and 1 extra set up box as I have 2 TVs.
The sale person of JIO was Chetan and now Ravi Gupta is his manager.
I came to know in May 2023, that they did cheating with us, and have sold 2 separate connections to show more sale numbers for their incentive and not 1 connection and 1 extra set up box as was requested to me.
The Setup Box was one time payment only, however when I started getting call for payment for 2nd connection, is when I realized the fraud by them.
When I spoke to Area Manager Mr. Ravi Gupta, He told Mr. Chetan (The sale representative) from JIO was fired for all the fraud he has done with many customers.
And now they want customer to pay for it.
When I asked did JIO company did not set up the 2nd connection, there is no issue of internet and asked them proof, they told we cannot do anything.
I have mail trail going on with JIO customer team and no proper respond on it too. Mail trail attached for reference.
So, i will like to raise the compliant through this forum if they are able to solve it.
