Amazon Delivery agent forced me that if Amazon updated application is not in your phone than exchange is not complete weather your old Phone is in working or in good condition. When I Talk with customer care of Amazon they also tell me same thing and I told them all android version 6.0 phones doesn’t have your amazon app in their play store than how to download the app. Android version 6.0 is not supported to Amazon updated app. Than I ask hem why are you put such phones which have android 6 or lower version in your exchange list because those phones can’t exchanged as per amazon’s conditions. This way Amazon fraud with customers. My phone is running well but they refused to take my phone. My complaint is why they refuse my phone or why they put older android version in their exchange list.
