Dear Sir,
On 24.12.20 I received a call from one Ananya of Shine. com saying services for
providing job opportunity and confirmed a nominal payment of Rs.10.00(Ten only)
and asked to register. accordingly I opened the site and proceeded to register.
the registration page showed to fill details and lastly showed a payment page.
it showed payment of Rs.10.00 and I used my credt card for this payment.
but when processed and OTP entered the debit showed Rs.10,000.00 .
And this happened thee times and total 30,000 was debited. When checked with
the Rep. caller she informed this was made wrongly as for paid services and
assured the payment made will be reversed. so I tried with another card for
return of money.But there also a debit happened of Rs. 7400. Later when checked wth my Bank they informed a fraud has happened.
In the above circumstances kindly take the appropriate steps from your end and
help me to get the money lost.
