Hi,
I am Dileep Chaudhary. I have booked flight ticket from surat to Bangalore on 10 march from travolook https://www.travolook.in/ website. After just deducting amount, i received one mail from them my flight booking cancelled due to fair price increase. And my amount refund intiatiated will be credit in same account within 1 days. But , didn’t received. I contacted customer care they it will receive in 1 week. After waiting 1 week amount not received. Now they not replying email also. And not taking call also. I’s been more than 3 week amount not received. After researching more i got that this travolook company is fraudster company. They doing this type of fraud to its every customer.
Please a file a strong case against this company. They are doing fraud with inocent people.
