I went on a trip with my family in Mahabaleshwar there at a shopping place a guy approached us and offered a free gift for which we had to attend a seminar of 60minutes. There they showed us brochures of there different plans and told us we can get any 4-5 star hotels booking 10 days prior in this plans. The plans were as per days and as the offered seemed good we bought there service for 60,000Rs. When we called them to book a hotel for a trip they said we have to pay AMC charge first which was 10,500Rs before providing the service they wanted the annual maintenance charges then when i refused to pay and asked for cancellation/refund of membership plan. They were stalling me for days and now they won’t even pickup my calls. Even there customer care or company email never replies back
I hope consumer court will hear my problem and resolve it.
