Hi,
I have received a call from Nykaa stating that there is a lucky draw going on and i have been selected for it for which i have to buy any 5000 Rs product to to get a DELL laptop. I decided to buy 2 products from NYKAA fashion app . So i paid 8910 Rs.on gpay as per their instructions, they told not to pay from NYKAA app or else you cannot avail the offer . After that they said there is an issue in processing the amount so I have to pay the gst of the laptop and later they will refund the amount back. The gst amount was 9844.02 Rs . After that they asked me to put OTP in gpay amount with the given PROMO code .Later they send me a referral code to put in my gpay . By which they extract my 59950Rs , 18877Rs, 58900Rs and after that 18755Rs. A total sum of Rs 1,75,237 has been debited from my account by fraud. The person said his name as Sidharth Singha he claim he is in dispatch team and another person name Is Preeti she said she is an customer service from NYKAA .This is the phone number from which i have get the call- 8959388036, 8695074505 and 7354198870 . Their account details are account number- 55550102281548 and IFSC- FDRL0005555.
Attach doc file is the prove of my money taken and there whats app detail and the order id they provide me and there .Kindly help me with this fraud. That was my hard earn money.
