On 17th November 2021 I booked Air ticket for Mumbai to Hyderabad on and for the same day on Travolook.com website. However PNR was not generated and they promised full refund of Rs. 3853/- in 7 -10 working days. It’s more than a month no refund is provided. They are saying the amount can be sent on their own wallet which can be used for next booking which appears to be fraud.
