I bought a 2 piece sony Earpods on 2nd february 2021 at 12.30 hours from Shopify ( Invoice No BB5287 and Invoice date February 2, 2021 12:50 PM) .
The biggest forgery which I realised was once I opened the parcel ( delivered by Ekart vide Tracking Details Ekart/SSGC6550123041) today, it didn’t have a Earpods but it is a 1 piece headphone!
the return address mentioned on the parcel is Kartik Enterprise KTA19FF, New Delhi 110085. both the phone numbers given are out of service.
I want my cash back , please help me as soon as possible.
