I, Manish Kumar have an account in PNB, jahu. Some one withdraw Rs.11700 from my account on 14-05-2018 without my knowledge. I just come to know only through messages sent by PNB. Immediately, I called PNB costumer care services and blocked my ATM and filed complaint in cyber crime police station. A complaint copy and all details were also submitted to the branch manager, PNB, Jahu (HP).
Its around 14 months, but no communication from PNB bank and no action was taken till now. Please take some necessary action. According to police also, there is no reply from PNB bank so can’t do anything.
Kindly help me by resolving this issue and getting my money back.
