i was taken a loan of amount 2000 from redcarpet application on november 2019. loan not recived and i called many time of company customer care all time they said “ur amount will refund in 25 days” but amount not recived yet.
company’s legal team many time forced me for deposit loan amount and they also called my family mambers and relatives for insulted me and said amount not deposit by me.
then i paid of rs 2910 rs with intrest to this company. then i called many time to costumer care for refund back my amount. but still amount not received to me. please help as soon as possible.
