Text of Complaint by Mridul Arora:

I have installed the reliance jio fiber connection on 28 th april 2023 , due there poor service and poor TV quality i have removed the connection next day because i know that jio has a refund policy of connection within 7-10 days then you will get full refund and thats why i have confirmed it with Jio’s customer care also they have said that you will get full refund for the same that why i have removed the connection next day then i asked to refund for my 3 months advance payment then there executive have filled a form in there device that you will get full refund and i have share him all the bank details and at the same time i have received a message from jio also that your money will be funded within 10-14 days and after so 14 day i have called the customer care of jio stating the same issue they are saying that there refund policy has changed then i asked them if that’s the case you have to share it will uninstalling the connection why would anyone body will pay 3 months advance for 1 day which is also for no use then they are not even talking to me in a appropriate manner then i have share all my complaint to jio district manager also stating the whole case on email then they raised a complaint giving me the complaint number and saying that your case will be resolved in 72 hour and after that no issue has been resolved yet its been more then 53 day now and no one is resolving the issue
