I ordered an HDFC FASTAG card on the 17th of May 2024 morning. It showed dispatched status and was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of May 2024. But without receiving the fastag, the amount of rupees 40 was deducted at the Ralayati KM 9 toll plaza at 5.43 p.m. on 17th May 2024. I have also raised my concern to the HDFC customer care helpline to Mr Aman at complain no. l94498220. But they said it was not their (HDFC) concern. This shows that it is a scam from Paytm and/or HDFC or a possible duplicate fastag of someone else is allotted to me, who has used it at the toll plaza. I humbly request Paytm and HDFC to cancel this complete order and issue and refund my money.
Further, to date, I haven’t received that scammed FASTAG, which is showing delivered by the PAYTM app. So Paytm should also take action in this regard.
