When I completed 650 forms now they are showing me that it is all wrong and I haven’t reached my 90% efficiency though I had double checked all my forms and they were right one day they told me to submit an amount of 7999 rs for server maintenance since my IP address had changed I paid them that amount and I had continued that work but now they are telling me that you haven’t reached your efficiency of 90% and asking me to submit another amount of 5700 rs to leave the work or else they will take legal action against me. As you can see in the given screenshot that they only had given me the wrong form format as Sample form in the PDF which I have attached for your refrence.
