I had applied for job on Quickr on 3rd June, 2021. I got message on WhatsApp from eworkme.com and she sent me details about the job that I have to fill 1000 forms withing 8 days and salary will be 25000₹ and out of which 6500₹ will pe deducted as a charges of registration. They signed me and agreement without showing me the agreement, she verbally explained me what’s in the agreement. It was mentioned in the email that, to download the legal document click on the below link and link was sign the agreement.  But I thought agreement will be there but no ,there was no agreement instead they got me digitally signed agreement by me. They manipulated me.

Then they gave me login id password, and I started doing work for 4 days and I did 400 forms but I wasn’t convinced that they will pay me 25000₹. So I started researching about this company on google and I found so many complaints about fraud by this company and I was scared. I called the number from which I got this job. And guess what? She didn’t received my call from that day. And I stopped doing the work. And on 12th June, I got SMS that I breached the agreement and hence I’ll have to pay the fine. And on 14th June, 2021 I got the email of advocate that case has been filed,  if I don’t pay 6500₹ then court will fine me 78000₹.

I seek legal help regarding this fraud.
