had ordered a wireless electric portable crusher, from the website shoppergrace.in through a youtube ad on the Dec 2022 . I received the product on Dec 2022 in a damaged condition and it doesn’t work . I tried to contact the website for a return and refund through the website . However, the email provided by the website is invalid and the phone number provided on the website has no incoming services. I was scammed out of Rs.999
