I Shruti Iyer had ordered after view a bean bag product listed by Deal Saga in Instagram in early Sept. 2022. Had paid the said amount also online along with delivery charges. They claimed delivery within a week, still not received the product. When I tried calling their phone no. listed it says does not exist. Also I sent my grandpa who lives in Mumbai to the Ghatkopar (E) address listed by them, not such store name does not exist at all. Such fraud companies should be taken to task without fail. Such complaints should not be read and forgotten but action should be taken so that such customers get their money back. Thank you.
