I ordered a smartwatch of Crossbeats Company
I received it on 10th April it was not working i called them but they don’t have proper customer support then emailed them and they asked me to make a video and share to them i did and they told me that it might be a manufacturer defect so they arrange a pick-up and they picked up the watch on 13th April and since then they only do R&D on same watch and today on 4th may after almost 20days they sent me the same watch and still it is defective nothing working.
This crossbeats company fooling people by there ad so kindly stop them.
I am facing the same issue and now decided to take crossbeats into consumer court. Their customer support is too bad and they are selling fake china made products.
