Hi TransUnion team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my bank account (Kotak Bank) that is impacting my credit score and CIBIL report.
Recently, I noticed an unauthorized Credit Card display of 5,000 RS on my account from the EARCPL. I would like to clarify that I have not applied for or taken out this loan. However, this incorrect information has resulted in a significant decrease in my credit score, from an initial 750 down to 600. account number for EARCPL Credit card is BP_COC_31690181
