On 21-6-2023, I received call from Sai Vacation Elpro Mall, Chinchwad and instructed that I have won special lottery from sai vacation, there were few vouchers from trends and 1-2 gifts. They told that they have 1 hours session in which they instructed about holiday packages, we agreed to go with a 3 year plan of 21 night of 90k (85000 through Credit card and 5000 UPI) however, next day they added ASF value of 1700 per night additional charges, which was not instructed by holiday person. At the same time I told the Vacation person that I was not aware of this additional charges and I would like to cancel my membership, he refused to contact Office and not to tell anyone, I have only 1 contact till 10-12 days, later I went to office and cancelled my membership through mail. But later by contacting the higher the manager forced un to downgrade the scheme to 1 year of 40000 rs. At that time I told them I only agree if you refund my remaining amount of 50000 within 8 days, they agreed. But they refunded 25000 only in last month march-2024 after hundreds of calls and emails that also after 8 months. I asked for the remaining 25000 and they are avoiding my calls.
Me and my wife are facing from depression since many days due to this, we are innocent. Like us they are targeting many of newly married couples who visit mall every day it’s scam. Please help me. I am willing to cancel my membership and get full amount.
