I was searching for a apartment in thane where I came across 1bhk in kasarvadavli,Thane west. Owner asked me to pay him 2000 for visiting card, i did as i had no time and wanted to confirm the flat from my end. After sending the money he gives his managers number and asks me to coordinate with him where the manager says there is some issue with the ID and it’s asking to pay more 10,000 which is refundable. I sent him 10,000 and after sending him the money he says you were suppose to pay 10010 rupees not 10,000 now you’ll have to make a transaction of 10010 rupees and then the visiting card will be generated. I got to know these guys are scammers because they were not providing me the proper address of the flat not for their office. When I asked them to refund, they said do whatever you can pay us 10010 rupees and then we will give you the refund.
