Fraud company n today called me and said that there is advocate ashish dessai online 6359617844, 8866065505…….here is his Mobile number….he said that pay the penalty or otherwise come to court…..here is the msg of fraud advocate advocate ashish desai

This Intimation LETTER Informs you That OCTAVIC SERVICE Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have NOT SUBMITTED/QC FAIL ON YOUR JOB Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION
SECTION-406-Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

My complaint resolved
I am mahmadaslam mujawar from Karnataka ,,, same case with me also, same address, same name of advocate ,, but ph no different,6358235963 so it is fraud please take emmidate action against those people .they doing roung with student who already facing problem they need part time job
