PART TIME HOME BASED CAPTCHA ENTRY JOB FROM NP TECHNOLOGIES / EBOOKTYPER IS A SCAM. NOT AT ALL GENUINE. COMPLETE FRAUD. They talk in a very convincing manner as if it authentic. Then the legal contract was made. Then they provided assignment without even my confirmation. I did not do the work. Now they are asking for money (Rs. 8000) as a breach of contract for not completing the assigned task, whereas it was provided to me without mutual consent. But I have not done what I they are saying. I only signed the contract, I did not agree to engage myself in an assignment right away. Writing in detail below:
I saw home based data entry job ad at quikr.com and applied to it. The company name is NP Technologies / Ebooktyper. On 25.05.2021, they called me and started giving me the details of the job. The job will to enter captcha, 7000 captchas within 7 days (with 90% accuracy). The company will pay Rs. 3 per form, total Rs. 21,000 for 7000 captchas (I found a payout of this much amount relatively higher, and suspected something is fishy).
On the same day, they asked for a valid ID proof for completing the legal contract/registration. I provided my Adhaar Card, and my photo. The legal contract was completed. They created an account under my name. The login ID, password of that account and work link were provided to me by the company. All these things were done on 25.05.2021.
Just after completing the legal contract/registration, they created my account my provided me assignment. BUT I NEVER CONFIRMRED THAT I WAS FREE RIGHT THEN FOR TAKING UP A PROJECT. IT WAS NOT MUTUALLY AGREED. Still, they did not listen. I didn’t login for a single time. After 7 days they are contacting me saying that I have to pay a fine of Rs. 8000 as I did not complete the task.
In the contract, it was mentioned that when assigned the task has to be completed within 7 days. But in my case I DID NEVER CONFIRM TO HAVE STARTED THE ASSIGNMENT, STILL THEY ASSIGNED WORK, AND NOW ASKING FOR MONEY FOR QC FAIL.
They have even lodged a legal notice against me with this fake allegation. They are harassing and threatening me for the penalty to be paid. This whole thing is a scam. How they communicate, how they convince to get ID of candidate, how they sign the contract with terms and conditions, and then they put the candidate under the legal terms (breach of contract etc.), but the candidate has done nothing of that sort.
I got scammed, and now facing harassments against false charges. I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING THAT COULD BE A BREACH OF CONTRACT. THE COMPANY IS RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS IN THIS WAY – BY SCAMMING PEOPLE AND THEN ASKING FOR MONEY IN THE NAME OF BREACH OF CONTRACT. THEY ARE THE REAL SCAMSTER AND NOW THEY ARE MAKING FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME, STATING SOMETHING WHICH I HAVE NEVER ENEN ATTEPTED. HOW RIDICULOUS!
I want a solution of this.
