I have call excited help line on Sunday when I faced this issue they said that it will be resolved by 4 to 24 hrs, then tomorrow again we complain regarding the same issue that it will be resolved by today, then days by day passed and they did not resolve any issue till now it has been passed 4 days , when I asked about my money back they are not giving it back nor picking up the phone.
