Text of Complaint by Sydney Wilshire:

My self has made a complaint on nov 19 till date the issue is not resolved on the network issues… I have send so many email to the network team + customer care + To the CEO n to the Mumbai head.. But no one is answering me it.  Why should i pay for the services which i have not used… Also i have been visiting the Airtel store at thane east… The mangar is helpless to help… For his IT issue.. Visiting since march 20 till date …i want all my money which i have paid till date.. N currently iam helpless. B’coz i can’t pay the bill any more.. In the covid 19 .due to personal reasons. Also i have called the customer care no 121 ..look like people are uneducated… n can’t help.. I have all the documents in prove… That airtel company is cheating customers.. n showing fraud advertisement on Tv. Please help me n sharing my contacts no of jio 8355885640
